It is our goal to help and support charitable organizations in our community. Our title holders not only give of their time and talents by being involved in events and fundraising, public appearances, performances and speaking engagements; the Heart Inspired and Beautiful Pageant Queens are compassionate, caring and empathetic individuals who desire to make a difference by donating to the many various worthwhile groups who so desperately need and rely on assistance from the public.  These are some of the groups we wish to help this year: Aid for Animals, Laws for Paws American Cancer Society American Heart Association American Red Cross Arthritis Foundation Central Pennsylvania Humane Society Dream Factory of PA Easter Seals Make-A-Wish Foundation March of Dimes Miracle League of Blair County Operation Our Town Pennsylvania Narcotics Officers St. Vincent de Paul Society Toys for Tots United Way of Blair County   Pageant Charity A portion of all sponsor fees will be donated to the Blair County Arthritis Foundation
